Virtual Tour of Red Cross

Did you ever wonder what the American Red Cross; Island County Chapter does when they are not responding to a disaster.  That was the question posed to Barbara Johnson the Executive Director recently on one of her walks around town. To help answer that question on Thursday, May 15^th from 11:30am to 1pm the public is invited to a virtual tour of Red Cross services. If you want to see how the chapter assist the military in times of a personal crisis, or just how a Health and Safety class is presented or what takes place in a shelter situation this is your chance to get a first hand look at Red Cross services that are provided to the community.  To accommodate those that would like to take a tour please RSVP by Wednesday, May 14, 2008 by calling 360-675-2912 or by email to johnsonb@islandredcross.org
