NEW COURSE
Dog First Aid
and how to protect themselves and the animal from further harm, injury or suffering
during emergencies by teaching prompt, effective first aid actions and care. First aid for
dogs is the immediate and temporary care given to an injured animal until it can be taken
to a professional veterinarian for medical care and attention. The course is 3 hours.
Participants will be able to practice skills on Casper the dog mannequin.
Course Fees - Names will not be added to the class schedule until payment has been made. You can pay by cash, check, or over the phone by debit or credit (Visa or MasterCard).
Course Registration- Individuals may register for any courses, in person or over the phone. Registrations are done on a first come, first serve basis. We suggest you enroll at least one week before course date.

Off Site Fees: Any courses set up at a location other then the chapter office there will be an additional $25 off site fee added to the cost of the course.
OFF Site Courses: A requirement to
hold a class off sight there must me a TV and
Refunds are given on a case by case bases
Invoice Policy: Businesses and companies that have signed up employees
for a course will receive an invoice prior to the start of course to insure
attendance and payment of course.
Military Discount: As of April 11, 2008 the military discount has been completed. 100 military and or their dependents were the recipient of the $5.00 discount on a Health and Safety Course. Our thanks to the Officer Spouses Club for the generous donation of these funds.
Challenges now offered
Adult, Infant and Child CPR and First Aid Challenge Courses now offered by appointment only 360-675-2912 ext 22. CPR challenge is $30, First Aid Challenge is $28. To qualify for a challenge participants must be still current or be expired with in a month of last card issued. At the time of the challenge participants will receive participant manual and skill card to review but will not be able use skill card or manual once challenge has started.
